I have been absent from my blog for a short time, partially due to being so busy playing Pickleball every day and then having to rush home to walk Aussie.
Friday I took the official IPTPA Pickleball rating assessment for 3.0 players at the Pickleball Zone and I am happy to say I did well and passed the test so now I am rated. Maybe with a lot of practice now, next year I can try to pass the 3.5 rating. Gary plans to try out as a 4.0 rated player soon.
Yesterday, we celebrated the July 4th holiday with some friends and Linda who always likes to try something new made these bottle rock strawberries with marshmallows. She could not find blue bottle rock candy so had to use green but it was very tasty non the less
Aussie came with us to Stans and Karens for the July 4th BBQ and was in 7th heaven when they gave her a new toy that their dog did not want.
In one week it will officially be 1 full year since Aussie came to live with us so we will make that her official birthday since we don’t really know when her birthday is or how old she is.
The week after her birthday we will be taking a road trip in the coach for about 10 days to Idaho and Montana as well as a few other places, so stay tuned for pictures.
Then we will be back to Oregon for 3 weeks and then we will be off to San Francisco to celebrate Jacobs 5th birthday. Here is what he looked like a year ago when he celebrated his 4th birthday.
So hopefully I will be able to post some beautiful scenery pictures of our travels soon and then pictures of the birthday boy.
Stay safe and stay tuned.😁
Hey, great blog! I will now become an avid follower of your adventures. Happy Trails!
Love, Stace
Thanks Stacey!
