A few days ago, we left Coos Bay where we stayed right next to the Coast Guard Station on the marina and had the daily strong smell of fish.
Goodbye Coos Bay as we head further south towards Medford.

Stray kittens in the woods Leaves are starting to change color
While walking Aussie over to the dog park, several homeless kittens came out of their hiding place in the woods to greet us. Wish I could have done more for them but it looked like people in the park were feeding them.
We left Medford today and made it into California with a quick stop in Weed.
Susanville RV Park Decor in the park
We are in Susanville California tonight and then one more night on the road before our final destination in the desert on Friday.
Susanville is located by the Susan River and is known as being a former logging and mining town. It is also known for being the site of two state prisons: the California Correctional Center, a minimum-medium security facility, which opened in 1963; and the California High Desert State Prison, which opened in 1995.
Sounds like a great drive down and I’m sure you’ll be happy to be back at MCC on Friday💕
