Several days ago we left the Sedona area and drove through Flagstaff and a minor snowstorm. Very unexpected and a little scary.
A few days ago we spent 3 hours on the Breaking Bad tour. The popular series Breaking Bad was filmed on location in Alburquerge. The show aired on AMC from January 20, 2008, to September 29, 2013, consisting of five seasons for a total of 62 episodes.
By the time that the series finale aired, it was among the most-watched cable shows on American television. The show received numerous awards, including 16 Primetime Emmy Awards, eight Satellite Awards, two Golden Globe Awards, two Peabody Awards, two Critics’ Choice Awards, and four Television Critics Association Awards.
Luigi was our private driver for the day and he was very informative, giving us lots of details about the show that we did not know about and he drove us to several key locations. We followed Frank who was driving the RV with about 10 customers inside. We were lucky enough to have our own private tour with one other young man who was from Switzerland and is probably one of the series biggest fans. Luigi gave us trivia questions and the young man answered most of them correctly.

Walt & Jesse mural Tucos building that blew up. The windows actually popped out in real life and the building cracked after they made it explode.

Yesterday and today we played pickleball at the Menzano Mesa Courts, the Disneyland of Pickleball. They have 18 courts there each with their own fence around them as well as a bench in each court and many lights for night time play. Their plan is to build 18 more courts right next to this soon since the courts are always busy.
Next Stop tomorrow Amarillo Texas for a few days.
Looks like a great trip!
As always, love to see where you’re at and enjoy the photos!
Happy travels!
Very cool! I didn’t know there even was a Breaking Bad place for a tour!
