We made it to Grove, Oklahoma and have the most beautiful view of Grand Lake. At Regatta Grove RV Park there was only one other coach parked in here but the park is so new that it is not completed yet. Much of the park here is still under construction. The owner says this will be the very first summer that they are open.
This is the only luxury, waterfront, RV resort in Grove, Oklahoma. The park is built onto a private peninsula and nearly every site is on the water.
Owners of The Regatta On The Grand say there’s nothing like this park for several hundred miles
“We will have a guarded gate house and its going to be very luxurious We’ll also have a concierge.”
The 3 million dollar project will build 87 luxury RV sites. 12 of these will be sold and the rest will be rentals.
“We have a half mile of beautiful shoreline here on Grand Lake at the base of sailboat bridge and it’s just a tremendous opportunity to take this wonderful piece of property and bring it back to its glory.”
Many of the luxury sites will have views along the waterfront.
They also have a restaurant on the property called The Pour House and the food there is delicious. They will eventually have roof top dining with a pizza bar.

What I do not see at the park is a fitness center, a pool, tennis or pickleball or a dog park. I think they still need several more months to figure out what needs to be done.
Today we went to Newell headquarters to get the first glimpse of our new coach. The coach is still parked in the bay but here is a quick tease of our new motorhome. Tomorrow we will start to move our belongings from the the Prevost to the Newell.
